HDFC Profits goes down

HDFC reported a 4.52 per cent decline in net profit at Rs 733.37 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2009. The housing lender had a net profit of Rs 768.12 crore in the March quarter of FY'08, HDFC Ltd said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
