Amazon pays $51 million
Seattle based Amazon said it will pay $51 million to Wayne, NJ based Toys R Us.
Amazon pays to end a long-standing legal dispute.
In a regulatory filing submitted to the SEC Friday, Amazon said it has agreed to pay Toys R Us $51 million to settle claims that it violated an exclusivity agreement it had made with the toy retailer.
