Paypal’s downtime - Merchants may be reimbursed
Paypal’s service was down for nearly 4 hours on Aug 03,Paypal service was down from 1.30 pm EDT to 6.10 pm EDT, Paypal was not able to process any transaction worldwide during the downtime.
Paypal reported, the issue was caused by a bad hardware.
Paypal is now reviewing whether the merchants should be reimbursed for any loss during the downtime.
